FAQs
-
No. As long as we have access to the yard, you do not need to be home during service.
-
Safety and service quality come first. During snow, ice, or severe storms, service may need to be delayed. If that happens, we will communicate our plan based on current weather conditions, staffing, and route capacity.
Because a missed cleanup usually results in extra time and labor on the next visit, and service is still completed for the month, refunds are not issued for weather-related delays. This is standard in the pet waste removal industry and one reason service is billed on a prepaid monthly basis.
-
Standard service includes the main backyard area where your dog or dogs typically go. Additional pricing may apply for large properties, unusual coverage areas, or front yard cleanup.
